KASPERSKY PURE PRIVILEGE CARD

Kaspersky PURE Privilege card is an Exclusive Privilege Card specially designed for Privileged Members of Kaspersky Lab.
Be rewarded with special benefits and privileges when you spend or consume in any outlets run by the Kaspersky PURE Authorised Reseller Merchant.

ELIGIBILITY

• You are entitled to apply for one (1) Kaspersky PURE Privilege card after purchasing one (1) unit of Kaspersky PURE for FREE.
• You are only eligible to apply and hold one (1) valid Kaspersky PURE Privilege card at any one time. The Operator reserves the right to reject additional or multiple applications if the Operator determines in its absolute discretion that applications are made by the same person.
• You may register yourself online or call in to register as a Kaspersky PURE Privilege card member and activate your Kaspersky PURE.

USE OF KASPERSKY PURE PRIVILEGE CARD

• The Kaspersky PURE Privilege card is valid for use at all Kaspersky PURE Authorised Reseller Outlets. A current list of Kaspersky PURE Authorised Reseller Outlets is available at www.tlr.com.my.
• You must present the Kaspersky PURE Privilege card to the cashier of the Kaspersky PURE Authorised Reseller Outlets at the time of purchase in order to receive the benefits and privileges that are on offer from time to time.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS

• A replacement fee of RM10.00 will be charged for replacement of lost, stolen or damaged cards. If your Kaspersky PURE Privilege card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you must report the loss or damage to our PURE Privileges Careline Centre or by calling the PURE Careline at +603 7802 2223 as soon as reasonably practicable.

MISCELLANEOUS

• The Kaspersky PURE Privilege card is not a credit card or a charge card.
• The Kaspersky PURE Privilege card is not transferable and the Operator and each Kaspersky PURE Authorised Reseller Outlet reserves the right to request that you provide sufficient personal identification evidence.
• The Kaspersky PURE Privilege card remains the property of the Operator and must be returned upon request.
• The Operator reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to:
• Reject any application for the Kaspersky PURE Privilege card without having to provide reasons;
• Revoke the Kaspersky PURE Privilege card without having to provide reasons;
• To amend these terms and conditions from time to time; and
• Suspend or terminate the Kaspersky PURE Privilege card Program without having to provide reasons.
• The Operator, its subsidiaries, related companies and its agents and the Kaspersky PURE Authorised Reseller Outlets are not liable for any loss, damage, cost and expense incurred by you or any third party arising from carrying out of the Kaspersky PURE Privilege card Program.
